Thank you Andy! Yours nice too, but does Mrs Andy know that you use her tablecloths for your SOTD.s? Lol. Yeah, well, I don´t use it that often. I love it and it´s a very good brush, but I´m also very careful with it (it did after all cost me a pretty penny).

Default Sunday Dome and Face Shave

Hot Shower, 1960 Fat Boy, set @7, VDH Boar Brush, Arko Shavestick, Alum Block, Witch Hazel, Pierre Cardin Cologne

Fresh blade in the Fat Boy ( a Wilky that was extensively hand stropped prior to use) it just doesn't get much better than this as far as shave quality. Dome and face are smoother than a catfish's belly!

    Morning

Wow nice razor Max. I like how you've done the jimps. Am I missing something on the Nanny's soaps? I'll check the review section later. I took this Philadelph for a 24hr BBS shave. I use some pre-shave oil at the end of my shave, running over my entire face ATG with just oil and water. I'm plastic face man... Here's my SOTD.

    Razor - Alex Jaques
    Soap - ALRAZ Saigon
    Brush - Simspon Chubby#2
    AS- La Toja
    ASB- La Toja

    Default Sunday Morning Shave

    PREP: Hot shower
    RAZOR: Genco "Easy Aces"
    BRUSH: FS 2 band
UBERLATHER: Edwin Jagger " Sea Buckhorn" and Goorej shave cream
    ASTRINGENT: Thayers Unscented
    AS: Booster "Mosswood"
    ASB: Skinfood
EDT: Bath and Body Works " NOIR"
    RESULT: VERY BBS

Finally got my Genco put back together after restoring it. I was waiting on getting nickel pins for it and I havent used this razor in 2 months or so. This Razor is better than ever . I rehoned it and it is smooth and sharp, great 3 passes to total BBS. Also this uber combo is one of the best ones I had used. The edwin jagger delivers great moisturizers to my face and the sea buckhorn smell is divine, a mild fruity baby powdery smell, I love it. The Goorej is a great cream because it has Lanolin properties , and I dint need any ASB after but put on some just for the heck of it . "NOIR" cologne just topped off this experience as one of my favorite shaves of 2011

    GREAT PHOTOS BY EVERYONE!!!!!
CONGRATS GRANT ON THE 1K MARK
GREAT LOOKING RAZOR MAX , LOOKS LIKE AN AMAZING SHAVE

On a Bay Rum adventure last night, eh, LOL? Absolutely stunning "humpback blade" Max. As Jeff (mvcrash) eluded to, this is not helping my RAD.

PS: Can't wait for the theme. It's going to be fun. it always is.

Max, your razor is beautiful- as always.
    Tom,
Between you and Max, the rest of us don't stand a chance, LOL. Well done with a beautiful blade. I enjoyed the "Buddel Show" very much, but feel sad that it's kinda over.

    Otto,
What a nice combination. A fabulous Italian blade (and lather) dancing to the tune of Vivaldi (with a performance from none other than one of the great violin virtousosos).

We need to get you a creme that accelerates hair growth, LOL. It must be torture to wait.

Stunning razor Mikael. Is she a wedge like her older sister #41? How big is she?

    Andy,
Beautiful setup and blades, but that Myers in particular is one gorgeous blade. Love the etching. Too bad it's not yours to keep.

I love that Fili. Thank you...You inspired me to shave with my #14 tomorrow. I just touched up the one Matt (aka, thewatermark) had borrowed and she is as sharp as a tack.

beautiful job on the Genco Matt. Btw: the Godrej shave cremes are fantastic and they are so cheap. Worth their weight in gold. Congrats

Thanks David and Robert!!! It certainly was a work of love to get this Genco looking good, and the shave it gave me was more than worth it. Robert your spot on about the Goorej, it is way to good to be that cheap, but hey Ill take it haha, and Im sure David can agree we need to try the Menthol one.

Yepp, you're right. But I'm written with an original "accent aigu" é!

Absolutely right. Would't have called it so by myself, but if I look at it twice...
