First of all, Congratulations on the 10 year anniversary! Well done you!!
I hope you had a wonderful celebration!!
And what a great Shave for that very special day!!

Thanks for the kind comments buddy!
You know, I haven't tried it dry yet. I have a new one on its way from Maxim now(stuck in Customs) and I'll be sure to give it a try on that one, as that should be even harder/finer than the one I have been using.
    Thanks for the tip

Result:I touched up the DD on the Y/G Escher and was rewarded with a buttery smooth edge that resulted in an amazing shave. The Lime soap mixed with the Bayrum scented Calypso, followed by the Ogallala Limes & Peppercorns was a tremendous combination. My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary and spent a very enjoyable day @ Grants Farm with our little girl. We'll go out on the town this weekend.

Result:Today we took our daughter to the zoo. I didn't realize how far along the wife and daughter were in getting ready and was told that I didn't have time to do a complete shave. The Dovo performed effortlessly and I was able to do a >10 minute 2 pass shave. She may not look like much, but she sure performs.

    Have a great weekend gentlemen!

WOW! 10 year Anniversary. Congrats! What a great combo to start it off. Calypso, Ogallala and DD Maxterpeice. Cant go wrong with that.

LOL! So after your wife and daighter spend 2 hours in the bathroom your left with 10 min to shave. Sounds about right!

This is part of a themed shave. What's the theme? No idea, but I've gone olde English.

Old razor; old travel brush (rejuvenated by Neo); Mitchell's Wool Fat soap - original 1893 formula; witch hazel; DR Harris Marlborough cologne.

The background is two pages from an old seven volume ethnographic encyclopaedia, c.1920. Being as how the photos are from Worcestershire, I don't suppose much has changed.
