Prep: None - just lathered Lather: T&H Luxury Shaving Soap Brush: Omega Pro 49 Scuttle: Robert Becker #9 Black Strop: SRD 3" Black Latigo 50/100 Razor: Wade & Butcher Bow Razor Astringent: Alum & Witch Hazel ASB: T&H Sandalwood Comments: I love this razor and I love this brush, so together they make a tough combo to beat. This razor that I honed on a whim has been a great shaver and deserves some restoration love at some point. I was practicing lather and didn't even mean to shave yet, but the T&H lathered up so well that before I knew it, I had it all over my face and the razor was in my hands. I swear I don't know how it happened! More on that later in The Noob Chronicle. Have a great Saturday, SOTD Brothers!

In the afternoon...Christmas-market in Glauchau Saxony. Inside and outside the castle a lot to eat and to drink.
In the church- organ music with jazz-trumpet. It was amazing.

Prep: Hot Shower
Lather: CO Bigelow + Shave Secret Oil + Glycerine
Brush: Heritage Shaving Pure Badger Hair
Strop: SRD 2" Latigo
Razor: Dovo Silver Steel
Astringent: Thayer's
AS: Burt's Bees ASB and Clubman
Comments: First shave in over a week due to some crazy life events. It was so nice and relaxing to get a shave in - I remembered why we do this. Really clears your head for the day. It was fun and felt really nice taking off a full beard. First time using the Burt's Bees ASB, can't say I loved it. ASBs seem to leave my face extra greasy. Happy shaving everyone, have a great weekend.
