Thanked: 1185Prep: Hot Water Wash
Razor: Wm Elliot & Co.
Brush: VDH Boar
Soap: VDH Deluxe
AS: Dickinson's Witch Hazel
Finish: Nitro EdC (Hugo Knock-Off)
Today, just a single pass shave with touch up in the usual trouble spots. Not CBS but pretty close and definitely more than good enough for work. As predicted, this razor only gets bette with use. I can see this being a strop and go razor for quite some time to come.

Today I visited an International school nearby.
There are a lot of students from China and Vietnam.
They celebrated the Chinese New Year, also known as Spring-Festival together with their German friend.
It was amazing.

Yes, Paul.
There is a group of students, who practice traditional Chinese martial arts and there is also a teacher from China (a women) teaching Kung Fu.
As you know, I am an Insurance broker. The International school is a client and so it is my job to insure also the risks of the international students. When they are ready with 12th form, they start their studies in German Universities. All this time I give them my support.

Tuesday
Merkur Futur
Astra (1)
Omega Boar brush
Tabac shave soap
Master Topaz A/S
Woke up in a DE mood, so I cleaned and put a fresh blade in the Futur (I actually use it daily to shave the front part of my head, even if I use a straight for everything else), and went to town. The result: a near BBS shave in three passes. The Master Topaz was a fit finish for an awesome shave!

Brush: New Forest, Tubby 2
Razor: Gillette, Popular
Soap: Palmolive stick
AS: Fonex, Malibu
Result: Very, very clean
Once in a blue moon I shave with a DE (in the face) and this razor's one of my favorite ones (only no: 15 beats it, of the ones I've used). The shaving stick is good stuff too, slippery and nice and with two days stubble you can actually see stubble marks in the stick
