    Pre-Shave: Hot shower
    Brush: Simpson Chubby 1
    Razor: Gotta 120 13/16
Strop: 40/60 Neil Miller Linen/Kanayama Cordovan
    Soap: Tabac
    After shave: Tabac ASB
Results: Not a very good shave today, re-honed this razor this weekend, finished on Llyn Melynllyn. Quite harsh edge, not the smooth, nice edge the other razors I've finished on the LM got, I'm starting to believe this razor like the LM very much

Pre Myrsol bálsamo : Mitchell's Wool Fat : Simpson Polo 10 two bands : Diamond slant : Feather : Geo.F.Trumper Spanish Leather

My first shave with a slant and I can say is wonderful. I like how effective is and without any irritation.

    Gentlemen,

Wednesdays always remind me of undercooked steak. They just sit there aimless, in the middle of the week, like a forlorn steak in the middle of a plate. The pleasant shave picked up the slack, though.

Razor: Muhle Stylo DE in the butterscotch handle
    Blade: Feather
Brush: Thater 24 mm silver tip
Soap: The Bath House Spanish Fig and Nutmeg spiked with Arko unscented cream
    Scuttle: Schwarzweisskeramik
    Pre-shave: Castle Forbes
    Alum
    Witch hazel
    Balm: Institute Karite
Music: Songs by the Cape Verdean popular singer Cesaria Evora "The Barefoot Diva"
Finisher: Several cups of Turkish coffee made in the old ibrik

Was a bit under the weather today nursing a cold. Quick shave and then the Brian Brown Custom arrived. Guess I'll wait till I feel better to shave with it.

    Default SOTD February 15

I have yet to get a routine nailed down that includes shaving and snapping a pic for SOTD, but I had a few extra minutes (that I should have spent on the lather ) so here is a late post.

    Cream: Proraso
    Brush: Rooney silver tip
Razor: ERN 1166 Crown and Sword
Post: RazoRock alum, Thayer's lemon and a splash of Dominican

I missed on the lather, ended up with a runny mess that got the job done but wasn't as nice as I've gotten used to. Two quick passes made me look presentable.

I hope to find some time to check out the SOTD posts... the few I saw on this page are out standing!
