I've done that, and I like it.

Awesome Monday Morning Shave to Start the Work Week!

Prep: Hot Shower + Woody's Exfoliating Pre Shave Wash + Musgo Real PSO
    Scuttle: Dirty Bird 1.5
    Brush: SRD #2 Bulb
    Razor: Maxterpiece - F. Herder's 45 Square Point
Suds: RazoRock Artisan Shaving Soap - Boston Tea Party
    Post: Alum + Thayer's WH w/Aloe
    ASB: Pre de Provance
    AS: Floid Blue

Comments: Haven't shaved since Friday and this was just a wonderful shave to start the week. Only 2 passes and a few spots to touch up and I'm good to go. The Boston Tea Party lathers just as well as the Caprecian Lemon I tried last week. It has a bit more of a scent to it and it was quite pleasing. Now its back to work

    Another great shave this afternoon.
A Sprecher custom is something really special
The Chubby is a rather new acquisition, I find it to be a great brush, and combined with some CF, the lather was a real stunner.
    Have a great day all!

You know, here in Australia, because you went towards the guy, and arguably could have 'escaped', you would be charged with assault. I know of a case where a guy is in prison for murder because he and his mates went out to their own driveway to confront a known drug dealer who had rocked up several hours after driving by the house and firing several shots into it. One of them 'picked up a heavy object' hit the guy over the head and killed him. They had reported the drive-by shooting to the cops several hours before hand. With the cops due to rock up and investigate the shooting, they decided to bundle the body into the car boot (trunk) and drive up the freeway to dispose of it up north. Unfortunately, the duel fuel system was faulty and the car stalled on the freeway. The last I know the sun's coming up, the cops are on the way to their place to investigate the drive-by, and they're on the freeway in a broken down car with a body in the boot. All three are still inside 20 years later. If they'd have waited till the guy came INSIDE the house, they'd probably be free men...

    I hope you remain safe...
Here is the US, specifically NJ, the police have no duty to retreat. Matter of fact, the law requires that you "press on." Since I was the police, I had no duty to retreat and actually did not move towards him until the verbal threat. Either way, I am not happy it happened. At least it turned out better for me. I went home, he made a short stop at the local emergency room then off to jail.

Great story Jeff, and beautiful hardware. The Revolver and the razor.

That's one of my favorite brushes too (I've got a two band too and the tips are looooong, sooooft and white )... That razor looks awesome too, Max sure can make them (I've got another one in the pipeline and really looking forward to see and use it).
