Afternoon Gents...
So this is my first SOTD...I don't have much to work with as far as interesting backdrops or decent light as I am at my folks before moving back to Chicago, but here goes nothin':
Pre: Hot shower/Mr.Glo/Proraso Aloe Preshave
Brush: Simpson Two-Band PJ2
Scuttle: Georgetown G20 in Ivory
Razor: The first ever shave of a NOS P. Hospital Le Grelot, honed by Glen
Soap: Trumper's Coconut
Post: Thayer's Rose Witch Hazel
AS: Michelson's Bay Rum
Strops: SRD Modular Paddle Strop
Result: Wow.

For those of you who dont know, in 2010 my son Jack was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
Today, after 2 years and 2 months, he has finished his treatment, NO MORE CHEMO!!!
My wife put together a party this afternoon and even had a trophy engraved for him to mark the occasion.
I cant tell you how good this feels for my wife and I
I started participating in SOTD when we were living away from home while Jack was receiving the intensive phase of the Chemo.
The SOTD forum and the Brothers have been a huge factor in helping me cope with the last 2 years.
A lot of you guys have been sending us thoughts and prayers the whole time and have watched Jack grow up here. He is such a cool little guy. I've never met anyone so tough and brave.
So thank you all for the support.
