A True Desert Island Shave!
Sprecher 8/8 | Rover | MNS Pine & Cedar | Lucido | CdG Vettiveru
We hear people on forums all the time talking about their "desert island shave." This would have to rank up there with the best of them. The Rover is a remarkable brush. It is compact, maneuverable, and soft yet it packs the backbone to work soaps like a machine. The MNS soap is simply fantastic stuff. It generates a simple, luxurious lather with a great mix of cushion and glide and leaves my mug leaving soft and smooth. The face scraper that Max made is, in a word, incomparable! It is perfectly balanced, holds an edge remarkably well and the craftsmanship is impeccable. The Lucido is the perfect AS. Nearly scentless (other than a slight menthol) with a great balance of astringent and moisturizing properties. And the CdG is a must try for any vetiver fan. It packs a wonderful mix of affordability and very high quality in an earthy, citrusy vetiver root based fragrance!
Enjoy the end of your work weeks, gentlemen, this has been a great one for SOTD entries! He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.
