    Let me invited you in my garden, only one razor this time an high quality "Hanssen", without birth place...it must be a French one, it comes with a "poli anglais" (english polish), and horn handle, must date from 1850, brush is an omega, soap is Martin de Candre

    A very net result, I don't know why but it seems that the wedges give me the better and more durable shaving...

    I recieved a sample of Ylang Ylang from Jabonman. Love the scent. I havent used my Le Grelot in a while. One pass was all i needed. Awesome shave today. Well im off to Ikea. Wish me luck. My daughter is coming.

    I impressed myself with the edge I put on this razor. Very smooth. I even took the time to fancy up my photo with my name and date.

    First off, nice job on that edge Jeff, I just read your thread


    Friday Morning Go to Town Shave


    Prep: Hot shower and Noxema left on the beard
    Lather: HBS Vanilla / KMF unscented / 5 drops Glycerin = Überlather heaven
    Brush: Grosvenor English that I traded for, with a 24 mm Super Silvertip fan knot, really nice brush
    Razor: Hayashi Diamond #8000
    Strop: Nijishi King Pelican 25/50
    A/S: Pusser's Bay Rum
    Shave: WTG, XTG, clear water touch up

    Results: Holy Crap Batman that was sweet I love this razor hehehe

    It's a really good razor, hyped, but very good anyway. I've been looking for a nicer one for some time (and 8/8) too, but I could do with "just" this one as well. since it's a blessed shaver
