    RESULT: Great shave (Still haven't mastered BBS) After my shave I trained some members of my flight. I put them through a speed workout on the track.

    After i was was done with them I had an hour before work so I went for a 3 mile run.

    Result: Been really busy the last few weeks getting ready for vacation and handling life (I'll post about everything that has been going on sometime). We took the little one to Disney world and have been on the road since 2 Fridays ago. So the above ore some variant were my daily shaves. We had a fantastic week and are driving home now.
