Having fun growing my beard back and concentrating on perfecting my neck area. Each time the neck is feeling a little better. Got a date today and she loves 1805. Starting to find I am getting more comfortable with stropping as I am no longer stropping slower than a turtle. I am now up to turtle. Slow and steady wins the race. Happy shaving.
Shaving with facial hair is like a golfcourse. It's a challenge of rough and fairways. You are the skilled greenskeeper of your face?

If it were just the second time I would be doing the Snoopy dance. I know only too well that all that matters is that no one was hurt. The user name is from years of investigating fatal crashes.

No shave for me either. The wife and I are off to the Shenandoah Mountains to go hiking with the puppies...

Prep: Hot Shower, face wash with Clearly Natural Honeysuckle
    Razor: Imperial Extra Hollow Ground
    Brush: VDH Boar
    Soap: Cella
    AS: Skin Bracer
Finish: La Toja Manantiales Agua de Colonia
Tunes: Marshall Tucker Band- Can't You See, Creedence Clearwater Revival- Up Around the Bend
Results: Great shave! I'm beginning to "get" Cella. It seems to be one of those soaps that you just have to slow down and work with for a minute or two. The minute or two, is of course time well spent as the shaves are amazing.

Pre: Hot Shower, Nivea Face Wash, Nivea Face Scrub
Soap: I Coloniali Mango Oil Shave Soap
Brush: 30 mm Panchetta Sivertip Faux Ivory
Strop: 3" Black Latigo Bench Top
    Razor: Dovo 5/8 Mammut
    Scuttle: SWK XL
    Post: Dickenson's Witch Hazel
    Cologne: Cucci Intense

BUSY morning! Had to round early this morning and then a full day of errands. Finally got a nice long shower and a very relaxing shave. Had a hard time getting an edge on the Mammut, but used the CroOx and Diamond strops after using it last time and finally got the edge I've been trying to achieve (this a very special razor, my wife gave it to me for St. Valentine's day this year). The Gucci cologne really compliments the I Coloniani. Have one more meeting today, then it's college football and some UFC this evening. I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful weekend.

Great Shave. The edge on the Pipe Razor is improving. It gave me a decent shave but I did have to do some cleaning up with a DE after. Some irritation too, the Lilac burned a bit so I had to use some balm. Have a good Saturday folks.
