Hope you had a Happy Birthday despite the illness. Get well soon.

Great closeup, David and the Marlborough/Sandalo combination must have worked a treat!

Thank you, Bill, and yes, the dry down of the Sandalo is not too dissimilar to the Harris soap, IMO.

    Hot Shower, Clearly Natural Honeysuckle
Razor: Lecran Cutlery Extra Hollow Ground
    Brush: Semogue 1305
    Soap: Tabac
    AS: Clubman Bay Rum
    Finish: Classic Match CK Obsession
Results: Great shave! This Clearly Natural soap is proving to be a great preshave. Although it's very serviceable as a stand alone shave soap, here lately I've been simply washing my face with it and rinsing with hot water as a pre-shave. The more I use Tabac the more I like it.

Prep: Hot Shower/ Proraso pre-post creme
    Scuttle: G5
    Brush: AOS Pure Badger
    Soap: MWF
Razor: Elyria Hardware Co. M.I. Germany 5/8" 1/2 hollow grind
    Post: Proraso AS/ Nivea Lotion
Result: I couldn't remember how the edge was since I last shaved with this razor but was pleasantly surprised with the buttery smooth edge. The MWF did it's usual superb job of making suds and 3 passes later I was BBS. I don't think I will be buying a refill on the Nivea lotion. After using the T&H balms, I am spoiled, the Nivea left too much of a greasy feel and did not moisturize nearly as well, geez what do you expect though, it's about 1/5th of the cost... Enough whining though, off to work feeling like a king!
