Nice! I think that you'll like it.
That's my first one from D.R. Harris. I just got it a couple of weeks ago and I really like it. The soap performs much like MWF, but has a better scent (IMHO), and may be easier to lather. I don't see myself without one of their soaps for a long, long time. Definitely a top notch product.

Got the razor yesterday and gave it a clean and hone. Shaves up there with the others I have, seems there is not much in a name sometimes.

I had Arlington before but got rid of it owing to having too many other soaps and not seeing them getting used up. It would lather up very well and gave a great shave. Scent-wise it was OK but could have been better.
I really like the look and feel of the Harris brand. The soap inside is protected by a plastic film, the bowl is sealed very formally and yet the box is simplistic enough to still be very elegant.
I agree. Unless something goes really wrong with it, I intend to stick with this.

לכבוד שבת קודש
I'd forgotten how aggressive an Old Style "Big Fellow" can be (should've looked in the mirror), and how unforgiving a fresh DE blade.
No; no nicks, scrapes, cuts, or irritation... just that heightened awareness of what might have been. I love the knurling on the handle,
and would really be in a bind, were I to find a straight razor with a "knurled" spine, tang, and tail.
Blade: 1921 Gillette "Big Fellow" w/Israeli Personna blade
Brush: "John Bull" (Rooney Style 1 Size 1) in Super Badger
Suds: Cyril R. Salter French Vetiver
Scent: Maitre Parfumeur et Gantier Route du Vetiver EDT
