    Default Travel kit

Today it was the travel kit, I brought along a new vintage with a fresh hone job to test drive, a "Unaka" made for summers hardware in a local town. A 6/8 round point turned out to be a nice shaver it will find its way into the rotation.

Just give into the urge you'll feel much better especially if its a max, the only problem I see is you'll want to sleep with it and bring it with you everywhere

I finished rescaling this one earlier tonight and had intended just to give it a partial test shave. Kind of got carried away with that, so my FBU got the night off.

    Have a wonderful week, everybody!

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

    Monday

Razor | Klas Törnblom | Soap | Mme Scodioli Step Right Up | After Shave | Lavanda

Today I have been resurrected after being laid low with a bad back since Saturday. I seem to be suffering many woes lately. About twice a year my back muscles give up working, and as I seem to have a particularly flexible spine, my spine simply collapses to one side.

The shave was carried out on a public holiday for a horse race at 3 o’clock in the afternoon in my bedroom at Mount Torrens where the temperature at present must be nearing 38 at my shaving stand with the Törnblom razor and icy cold water and Madame Scodioli soap listening to Brazilian Lounge Music while drinking home brewed lager. It really was just one of those moments…

    Carl,
In future when the temp pushes the 38 degree mark, could you please keep it there and not pass it onto us over in Melbourne the very next day?

    Cheers,
    Paul
