    Prep - None
    Strop - 3 Inch bridle leather/hard felt
Razor - Wheatley Brothers Wheat Sheaf Works/stropped night previous
Brush - Muhle Retro silver tip badger
Soap - MWF cold water face lathered
Post - Alum Block followed with Thayers witch hazel
AS - Aqua Velva Ice Blue

That Retro brush is going to take some getting used to. A very different experience from other badger brushes I have used. Very nice experience all around though.

What are your thoughts on the scent, since you own it?

Pre : Hot water, Kiehl's facial wash
    Soap : Proraso green tub
    Brush : Progress Vulfix 404
    Razor : Merkur Futur
    Blade : Feather
Post : Cold water, alum block, Nivea moisturiser

    Finish : Ok.

    Comments :
The Futur was set at '3'. This was ok during the shave, but the burn soon caught up with me. Also, my skin doesn't feel as good as it did with the MWF yesterday. I might just end up sticking with Proraso for their pre-post cream; the shaving soap isn't quite what I was expecting.

    TUESDAY
    Hot shower prep
    Razor: Schick Injector M-40
    Soap: Rose of Bulgaria
    Mug: Soup Cup
    Brush: Semogue boar
    Aftershock: none
    Splash:HESS Rose Face Lotion

The Day? Beautiful and cold -10ºC. The Shave? Wonderful! The Rose cream is a wonder for making lather and the little Semogue whipped it to a fine texture. So fine in fact that I did three passes because it felt so good! And the splash did not sting!
The fun of trying things makes the day go a bit better and quicker!
