First shave with the Bartman and its not bad - could use a few more swipes on the .5 paste, but a nice shave.

The real story is the Honeybee soap - I've been wanting to try this stuff for a while as it has gotten good reviews over at B&B. I've used the amber and cedarwood/amber and this stuff is simply one of the best soaps I've used (its got shea butter, glycerine and clays, and some other good stuff). Although I think its scented with FOs. Lather's like a champ and is one of the few soaps that doesn't seem to dry my skin out.

Another Taylor-day Even compared to other top performers in my rotation, this baby is a hands-down winner. This sort of a perverse pleasure that I get after shaving with my TEW ought to be illegal, but I'm glad it's not

This is my first Friodur and only my 2nd stainless razor, it presented a real challenge for me to hone and I was beginning to think I'd need to send it off to a honemeister. The third time on the hones was the charm though and I'm finally satisfied with it. Fantastic shave.
