    I have given them two 24hr soaks after I fixed the bad delaminating.
    How long do you suggest I let them marinade?

    Keep doing it several more times until the horn stops absorbing the oil. Always buff dry before each new application. It's not abnormal to do it 4 - 5 times.

    Just a bit more than a standard spike,
    a touch of Spanish flair on the toe, I don't know if it was supposed to be like that or not as the ones I have seen were Square/Spike.
