Thanked: 485Yesterday's post, for some reason I had a lot of bother logging in last night:
Friday
Razor | J A Hellberg Frameback| Cream | Musgo Real Orange amber| After Shave | Lavanda
Great edge on this razor, great edge. Smooth two pass shave with much concentration.
Today I have a cold. I feel it. It is manifesting itself by causing sneezing. A sore throat. A runny nose. Hence, I feel should finish off this bottle of Jägermeister. It is only right and proper to do so to quell this invasion by this bug, banish it and send it forth. Call it a pre-emtive strike. Call it a war crime. I don’t care. I have bouldering planned for the morrow and I SHALL be hale and hearty, forsooth!
Stranger, if you passing meet me and desire to speak to me, why should you not speak to me? And why should I not speak to you?

Prep: Mowing lawn followed by hot shower
Cream: TOBS Coconut
Brush: Thater
Razor: Ralf Aust 5/8
Post: Alum, Thayer's tonic
Made my best lather to date. Bummer since I had to switch over to a Mach 3 shortly after starting. The Aust is going to be honed next week but I thought I could get one last shave in. No dice-lots of tugging. The good news is I have had several chances to sneak off for some fishing this week.Last edited by Leatherstockiings; 06-08-2013 at 01:20 AM.

Sorry to hear about the looming cold, but a big thumbs-up to the cure.
I feel it is very important to crush the bugs as quickly and ruthlessly as possible. Give no quarter, as you shall receive none. I too have a bit of a sniffle, and so have just poured myself a pre-emptive Highland Park. It is, after all, medicinal, and one can not be too careful...
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

@ Carl: I hope that the cure works. Jägermeister is very friendly for viruses. If I were a virus, I would stay. Get well soon!>Jean

Thanked: 1Prior to shaving or after-shave?)))
До или после бритья?)))
As far as I know, Nemiroff produced in Ukraine.
На сколько мне известно, Немиров производят на Украине.
Too bad you did not buy the shaving cream in Russia. Would have spent testing.
Жаль, что ты не купил кремы для бритья российского производства. Провел бы тестирование.
