Razor | Wade and Butcher | Cream | Body Shop Macca Root | After Shave | Tabac

I really didn’t need the shave this morning; as yesterday’s was so close. However, the wade and Butcher is so smooth I wasn’t in danger of getting a sore face. I thought; as I made the lather, I REALY need to take a photo of the ridiculously small amount of Body Shop cream I use; it really is a tiny tiny amount.

Of course, this evening I ironed a shirt and polished my boots…

    Five minutes ago i had:

Soap: Castle Forbes Shaving Cream Limes
    Brush: Mühle Basic Badger
Strop: Vintage Herold Juchten Strop from the 30s
Razor: W. Hawcroft & Sons Renown 11/16" 1/4 Hollow Ground
After Shave: Pitralon Polar (new german Version)

A good Shave for a nearly 130 Year old nearly NOS Razor, but i guess the green Strop
will have some work for the next time, Hair Test is good but it doesnt feel soft enough
    while shaving.

Starting the week off right with some vintage Yardley, a Toyo Special, and some Lucido AS:

He saw a lawyer killing a viper on a dunghill hard by his own stable; And the Devil smiled, for it put him in mind of Cain and his brother Abel.

Took the Wade & Butcher to the Naniwa 12k for a touch up and wow what a great shave. I have been using the Valobra Menthol the last 3 days and it is a great soap. The menthol is subtle unlike Proraso which is kind of in your face.
