So are you happy with your routine, or would you prefer to do it everyday?

I do a 2 and a half pass everyday and, like Steve, find longer growth can be less enjoyable to cut. I have to use a modernish full or extra hollow for comfort, but if shaving everyday all blades are fine.
I love the smell of shaving cream in the morning!

For me it's every day because I like shaving but I suppose whatever works best for you. For many years I had to shave twice a day (military) and that was less fun.

I'm a two-three day shaver. I don't have to be clean shaven for my job and it usually takes me that long to get a noticeable shadow going. Some times I even go a week before I shave again just for the satisfaction of mowing down all the hairs without having to trim them down first!

When I was at the start of my learning curve with DE I used to shave every 2-3 days. Later, after some progress, I shaved everyday but only one pass WTG. Now with the straight razors I shave practically everyday and mostly 2 passes. But I skip a day every week so my skin gets some rest.

I tend to shave every other day due to time restraints. I really can't let it go much longer or it gets uncomfortable but that is just me.

Although my skin seems to tolerate shaving every day, like many that have posted before me, I also tend to shave every other day. For me it's mostly convenience and that it's just more satisfying to mow throw some significant growth than one day's worth of stubble.

I shave 5 days a week for the boss.
The other two days I shave for me.

When I was active duty military I shaved daily with a straight except Sat and Sun. If you use a good pre-shave regimine I found that daily is doable.
A hot cloth on the face at least twice, pre-shave balm applied and let soften the stubble, 2 coats of lather and then I only do 1 pass. The one pass with a good pre-shave prep leaves the face in good shape I have found. You don't get BBS but it is still a nice shave if you have a good straight razor.

I can do a 2 pass shave every day but usually don't. My face tolerates a straight better than a DE

I'm also down with every 3rd day. Daily is just overkill for me.
