Around 40 or so razors. I use a different one each day till I go through them, then start over. I throw a few DEs/SEs in for a change up. I do use the sane shave soap/cream, brush and AS for 5 to 7 days.

I need to start doing that with my soaps and AS. Good routine!

Just helps me to know the soap better. OTH with all those soaps I get a little jaded about the high priced ones, they don't seem to do much more for me than the others.

I rotate through 6 straights, 3 soaps, 2 strops. Every month or so I perturb the rotation since 6=3*2. Just to make my life more interesting... I rotate through 4 brushes, but only switch biweekly. Oh, and to show I am not OC, every other month or so, for a weekend shave, I break out the B&M Lavanille soap.

I have only been shaving with a straight razor for about a year or so, but I have 20 straight razors. I only use 7 hollow ground straights in my rotation ( they are all vintage early 1900's). I also have 5 different types of shaving soap. Depending on how much growth I have on my face, dictates what soap I use. Just only have two brushes (badger type). But I think as I get into better practices and techniques, I'll add some razors into the rotation. My wedges (2 Wade & Butcher) just aren't working for me, so they went into the showcase.

    9. A friend just gave me some scale wood (Ipe, purple heart) material, so you know what that means.

I have 7 that are in a stand. I usually use one of the 7 as the mood strikes. Every now and then I'll dig another out of their various hiding spots

I choose at random from stuff I haven't just used. To avoid using the same blades all the time, I store the blade I have just used tail down instead of up; soaps go upside down; A/Ss go label to the wall; and brushes to a different shelf. Eventually I use everything and start over.
