Thanked: 23I use the same Hart Steel razor day in and day out. I have another Hart, some Wade&Butchers and some LeGrelot ready to go, but am still learning how long I can go with good stropping technique without rehoning. Shaving with the same one each day lets me figure that out for myself.
I choose soaps on a whim, picking from a subset of Obie's First Tier and Second Tier recommendations. Outstanding list, that. Obie's picks suit me to a "T" Today was Green Mountain Grapefruit and Lavender. Wonderful shave.

52 in two fountain pen cases. Left to right, top then bottom drawer, switch cases. 4 brushes. 2 strops. 9 soaps/creams. Different razor, brush, soap every day in order. Both strops used every day.
The easy road is rarely rewarding.

Aprox. 55 razors that I continuously rotate through using a different one every day.

I used to rotate my DE razors when I changed the blade (usually once a week) but I only have two straights at the moment, I am still only six weeks into this.
I have one Dovo and one TI. I rotate them daily. It is my birthday next week and I have a Nate's Straight coming for that. It has arrived in the UK and customs have finally let me give them a huge stack of cash to bring it home. I am looking forward to adding that to my rotation too. I have looked at it, but I am not allowed to use it until 09/09! It does look amazing and very well presented too.
Maybe another one at Christmas, I have my eye on a few but unfortunately my wife seems to think that paying the bills and buying food is more important than buying razors! Hard to believe, but true...Fact: Opinions are not the same as facts... Well, that's my opinion anyway

Thanked: 220I own 11 at the moment, but only use 10 in rotation. One of them is very old so it doesn't see regular use.

I have around 20 vintage razors - a number of them are razors made in the town I grew up in or nearby.
My rotation consists of:
Dovo - Bismark
Wade & Butcher - The Hollow Ground Razor
Boker - Bicycle Race
And a new one (for me)
Croghan Cutlery 5/8" Hollow - made in Fremont, Ohio
When I don't have time in the morning for these I use a Gillette Fat Boy.“Hiking’s not for everyone. Notice the wilderness is mostly empty.” ― Sonja Yoerg
