Thanked: 351I was around 49 when I first gave a straight a try.... Once I got the hang of honing, I haven't looked back except for a 3-4 year stint of poor health that saw me fall back on a DE for simplicity sakes.... I still have a lot of problems, but I'm back with my straights. so I'm happy.

Thanked: 481I bought my first straight about 6 months before joining here, so...2.5 years ago at 28.
I wish someone had introduced me to these at 15 when I started. Would've saved a lot of razor burn and headache.
