Trust me, if you were 13 years old that would be perfect!! What a better way to start! That's how it was done for years and years! Sons watching their father prep and then shave! After watching me shave with a straight for over a year, my son took up the art at the ripe age of 17! He's at an advantage as his beard is still coming in and he can adapt to the situation!

55 next month. Started shaving around 15, electric razor around 23, back to wet shaving this past August, straight razors for a month. Loving it. If I'd known I even had a T-zone I would have started moisturizing it decades ago.
