Not sure if this will qualify, but I had a close call last week. I was letting my SWMBO watch me shave. My 8 year-old son wanders in and watches for about ten seconds. I am about to go ATG towards my ear when he just can't contain himself any longer, and smacks me on the butt! He had the usual impish grin until he saw the look on my face, and the horror on my wife's. Needless to say, he won't be doing that again.

Thought I would revive an old thread, good for reminders.

My... 5th? shave with a SR to date. Had all the easier stuff ATG done, just had the thick 'n hollows left. Added a bit too much water to my lather dish to revitalize it again right befor I went for the 'stash...

After the razor bit me, I decided the shave was over and it was tine for bed. The pic is after a good rinsing, drying, styptic pencil, before nevea post shave balm.

Been there done that. We signed on to this magnificent journey because the modern equipment was benefitting the manufacturer at the expense of the consumer. Challenges like these produce endurance provided we don't quit. Persevere and you will be rewarded. I guarantee it!!
