The scales came out beautiful and I figured I'd give the razor one last try.

It's been 4 shaves since and no blood. I don't know if, in my hand, I needed a weightier set of scales or if this is psychological, but it worked.
I feel some full hollow can benefit for a little heavier scales to cut down on the vibrations.
