Just ordered a Simpsons Classic 1 synthetic brush. Might become my new travel brush.

I seem to be on a Tallow kick as of late,
Maggards emailed me and said we have Iron Oxide .1micron back in stock. Well then I want 2 of them.
Then a couple of soaps since I am paying for shipping and Watermelon and Dark Dragon from Dapper Dragon fall into my cart.
Did I mention the I swore off both Crox and Feox?? But since I didnt have Feox I had to have a back up or 3.
    Oh the madness
Your only as good as your last hone job.

Finally, a razor older than me. A vintage c.1820's 6/8, so far unknown maker, w/broken horn scales. Have a few ideas for new scales:

    Love the simplicity of it.

I'm currently waiting for my first straight razor to arrive - I ordered a 5/8" Böker King Cutter last weekend. I've also got a Nick Stick coming my way, hehe.

The strop, brush and soap already arrived during the week, so I'm almost ready to get started with this.

Oh my God! I've gotta check the weather report. It must be a cold day in Hell if I got one past Cardinal Phrank. Being the Pope is no guarantee you get what you want when you want it with His Excellence around. I rule at his pleasure only (but I do get away with a few things now and then.)

Thanks, Phrank. I hope I can do it justice when I get to refurbishing the little gem.

Let me add the fact that I had sworn off of any more purchases till I developed more self control. The stars must of been aligned that day because the instant I saw it I knew it would be mine.

Santa's coming early to Cali. All this, plus Razorock supplies from the Italianbarber.com are in the mail.

1st from Portugal Semogue 730HD silvertip badger brush.

2nd, from Romania a Custom W&B Bow razor.

3rd the star of all the discussion on my "Odd spine, removed or made that way?" post. From Belgium a custom Erik Anton Berg Swedish razor.

4th from the East coast a beautiful custom W&B Sheffield razor.

5 & 6 are custom acrylic ocean blue seafom scales with whie acrylic wedge by Rowdy Wright wrightpulaski2 (no photo available, cuz he's making them).
And a beautiful 3" buffalo leather and linen hanging strop.

It's gonna be an empty tree & a lump of coal for me this year.
