Thanked: 580Took a punt on a bunch of three razors tonight, a Bengall, crown and sword, and an A E Butt. The price was right, if I get one good razor, I will be happy. Three good razors, even better.

Thanked: 49My first tube of Tabac and a loupe. Both waiting in the mail box when I got home tonight. Can't wait for my first shave with Tabac.

Amazing, the shape of that blade is pretty much exactly like my old French framebacks, I really like the etching on the blade...seems typical to these old framebacks...and yours still has the screw on the end to replace the blade! Excellent. That really is a beauty, virtually brand new.

Thanked: 14it has metal scales so im going to paas it off to say neil or someone more experienced to seat the scales better.
if you look carefully the blade hits the scales and there not set properly.
simple fix for it hitting the scales though, there is no spacer in the end
was cheap only £15 so I doubt it will hold an edge, got it more as display etc.
if it can take an edge it would be a monster
