The TOWA's a western grind, the other two look sort of kamisori-like with a curved blade and a fatter backside. Very cool looking, didn't see the profile in the images when I bought em.
Not sure how to hone em either, like a western or a kamisori?
    Cheers.

Why get just one custom blade when 3 or 4 current production razors would be better for the collection?

Besides, if I were to go custom, I'd go with Mastro Livi.

Still has the original soap with it. Hasn't arrived, but looks mint. Should it go on display, or should I take it on the road trip it was destined for???

Im not normally in such things but that is beautiful. Don't think I would let it leave the house and would have to polish it after every use. Looks in great condition.

I haven't gotten this in the mail but instead mailed myself to Cambridge in the UK. So far I've bought two shaving soaps: DR Harris Arlington and Penthaligon's Blenheim Bouquet. I get paid friday so I might be able to get an EDC. I just returned from Penthaligon's store. What a sublime fragrance overload. I would have bought them all but my pocket denied me the pleasure. But now I won't be ordering blind. For the moment my two favorites were Endymion and Blenheim Bouquet.

I would love to visit some of the British traditional shaving shops like Penhaligon's or D.R. Harris. I can only imagine the fragrance overload you are writing about, vicmaldo.
Anyway, I think you will like the Harris soap. I have the Arlington and Windsor soaps and am very pleased with the performance of both, plus the scents are great.

p.s. Travel pics are always appreciated.
