What did I get in the mail this week. I hate to say it but to many things but nothing that added up to , too much money. I always say that.
    1. A Simpson special brush in best badger....nice little brush very good price.
    2. A Simpson Duke 2 in best badger...should be here tomorrow....cant waite
    3. A Doug Smith shaving Shuttle... it is wounderful not having to put cold lather on your face in between sections. Very good price I bought the travel skuttle and it is bigger than what you would need. I also bought a shop seconds model from him. I cant find anything wrong or flawed.
    4. A Merkur progress de razor....I used it once on a 10 hour old beard one morning. It shaves well not very aggressive which is what I wanted. I just have to get use to the serrated edge on the safty bar.

Well that is it. This getting to be a fun hobby.

In the mail this morning, and happily soon to be part of my rotation.
Doesn't look like it needs much aside from a good cleaning.
Searching other ebay sites never hurts as other, wiser bidders have taught me such.

Default Leaving Germany soon, my custom colored XL Scuttle from Schwarzweisskeramik

I don't think I've ever been so excited to get something in the mail, but Ansgar at Schwarzweisskeramik made me a custom XL Scuttle and I should have it in my hands in the next couple of weeks. Here's a couple photos he took. That guy is crazy talented. Stoked!

I've got a couple of books coming for my kids. Religion has been a strong topic for them of late. Which is a strange thing in our household, so to help answer some of their questions I have a book that gives a broad overview of the main world religions and another on Pagan beliefs. Those two as well as a New International Version of the bible that an Aunt sent to me (with a King James Version coming to me for a xmas present so I'm told [she's trying to save my heathen soul I just know it!]), we should be well covered on that topic for a while.
