Thanked: 481Just made the discovery that you can track a China Post package through the USPS. That's a handy piece of information.
Apparently my ZY Hone has left the Connecticut processing facility, and will take 7 days to make an 8 hour journey. Well, I guess the folks at the post office need their holiday breaks too.
Never thought I'd get so excited over a piece of rock.

I decided to support one of our local razor/knife artisans and purchase one of his Kamisori's
Asymmetrical grind and fabricated from RWL34
I'll probably have to wrap the handle though.
Being personally delivered this afternoon with a wooden stand.

Really excited about this one. My wife got some girly calander last year so I told her I'm picking this year. I decided to go with Americas lil buddy Vladimir Putin. This thing is great! You get Vlad with kittens, treasure hunting, climbing trees. All kinds of great stuff. The man really does it up each year. The wife does not share my enthusiasm.
