    Today i got a long time lend back, 3 Years after it went to a friend of mine it came back today, a 6/8" Gunther of Nymegen in the Netherlands, one of two dutch knives i have and the perfect comrad for my easter holidays at the dutch coast this year.

    I have had waves of it. The goods news is that the intensity drops off and then you get short periods of buying followed by periods of no buying. I expect that over time the no buy periods get longer and the buying gets less intense and shorter. Right now I am pretty focused on scales and carving, so that helps a little. At one point I am sure I had fifty fixeruppers on the bench. Slowly over time it changes.

    Yea, I'm in the process of clearing the bench now. Hones and blades must make room for humidors and cigars!
