Quashed by the evil Nazis, another relatively obscure Solingen razor.
I have been digging the discovery of makers who disappeared prior to WWII lately.
Seems Goedeckey was primarily a safety razor maker. Around from 1900 til 1939.
Should arrive to-day!

Thanked: 14I liked the etching on this too much to pass it up. Looks to be in good shape, but I've got a couple that I still need to send out to get honed and probably restored, so I'll add this to the list.

I'm a fan of Goedecke, I inherited a couple of razors belonging to my great-grandfather and his father.
It had a logo on them and a stamp of the store and town nearby where we live, after years of digging I found out they were made by Goedecke, ergo it's special brand to me; and as we all could assume fantastic shavers
