According to the listing, the instructions are on the box. I reckon you rub it on the strop?
He has another listed and looking at this pic, he had at least 3 of them.
Offered 22 and he accepted. Free ship.......Lead strop?

That’s a drag. We’ve been dealing with a big postal union issue up here the last few weeks. Everything is jammed up at Canada post..
Just in time for the holidays.

Today I got a nice gift from Theoman. He made a trip to the States for the holidays and then shipped me two different pucks of Haslinger's Soap. Small pucks but I bet they will last many many shaves. Sandelholz and Salbei. He also included a tube of Jack Black Supreme Cream that didn't get along with him. I hope to give them a good try in the next couple weeks.

    Thanks, Theoman!

I was supposed to have an old frameback razor coming from Sweden six months ago, got lost somewhere, never showed up, never returned to the seller either or so he says.
He was going to refund me, never happened. Luckily it was "only" 18 euros.

I paid by wire transfer, but is there some sort of insurance or buyer's protection or the likes when you pay with PayPal?

Absolutely. Also, if off of Ebay, they will help as well.

Thanks, unfortunately it was with Tradera, they probably also have something like that, but it's all Swedish I understand very little of

I opened a dispute via PayPal on my razor, hoped the seller would respond and make it right but hasn't happened yet. I'm pretty disappointed since I bought a custom razor from this guy before and I was super excited about this one. I am suspecting he had sellers remorse. He is a really neat artist and I don't know his end so I don't want to disparage him (so I won't), but it is disappointing. I'm just hoping he's not ripping me an other trusting people off.
