    Congratulations, Andrew. What a find!

I have a Naniwa 5000 Super Stone and some aftershave balms (bought at half-price) on the way.

Sometimes I wonder if I have been spoiled by the speediness of Straight Razor Designs, or Amazon, in processing orders. I've come to expect a 3-5 day delivery from when I've placed my order. It's been about ten days since I ordered the aftershave balms from the manufacturer.

I've found manufacturers to not be all that quick in shipping on a lot of things

Well the postman uhh the 'postperson' was very good to me today.

An 8/8 W&B that needs some tender loving care, a small Thuri, some brass beehive washers from ankenne all from FleaBay and a American Bison horn from a friend and fellow member here at SRP. I'm hoping I can use the horn on the W&B.

The postperson arrived a while after I'd taken the picture and sheepishly said he'd forgotten a package so here's a pic of what he'd forgotten. I got it at FleaBay for just less than $19 delivered, however their pic wasn't very good so I found another.

Wow Roy. Id say that's a nice haul. I'd be giddy to open all that up.

That last package, are those Tripoli bars with it?

It doesn't say what kind of polish it is. My thought was to use the leather wheel at low speed on my buffer with some of the black emery that I picked up when Caswell had their free shipping sale and try to replicate the old finish on the 8/8 W&B's blade. Whether or not it works, we'll just have to see

Better than Christmas around here lately!
My Henckels Friodur 472 lovingly rescaled by Matt.

Black G10,aluminum, and cocobolo in the thinnest layers imaginable! Awesome work, Matt!

And TODAY, my silver Waterville and Wostenaluminumholm returned from visiting Akron and were accompanied by my Friodur 17, expertly reshod in ancient Bog Oak, along with some Bog dust, some gnarly 3M polish. Thanks, outback!

A puffy envelope from Tc yielded a GENEROUS sample of MDC Rose as well!
Packed that in this little bowl from AU I had been saving for something special...

    My THANKS, Gents!

    Any time buddy..!!
It was my pleasure, and a great honor.

Yeah.., Matt gets um really thin, eh.!!

You can use that polish on brushed, or satin finishes, without harm. Its just a awesome metal cleaner.
Just no gold, or silver. Its good for anything else I've put it to, even plastic!!
But why waste it on plastic. A wee bit goes looong way.
I think you will be impressed with it.
