Routers are handy handy tools but without nice bits...

Mail call today. Well truth be told I came home today and the mail has been waiting for me.

There was a little more there than I had expected. An unusual soap that came with the Iberia razor. I have never heard of that soap. I also got some slabs and liners for a set of scales that I was not expecting. A Henckels 11V and a MOP set of scales with an old blade and some stuff from the jewellers supply, more chisels for carving and scrimshaw and some copper for liners. It was nice to see the knot sitting here. It showed up about three hours after I had to leave for work, three weeks ago.

    Cha CHING!

What a pile! Reckon those scale blanks are from Orangeville?

    Welcome back home, Rez!

    Thanks Tom.
Yes they came from the Ontariosville for sure. I have no idea yet what I am going to do with them, but the wheels are turning.

Just happy to get the tools to refine some ideas into fruition, both in the shave cave, and household general.

Look forward to what you can do with those blanks Rez.

Ah yes the Iberia is in fantastic condition. It is hard to quell RAD with a gorgeous razor when it takes months to actually show up from Spain.

The Vincent has not yet made it through the lineup for the hone. The last one I had was a shaving laser. This one should be no different.

Mike, I will certainly be on the lookout for a chance to do something special with those slabs. And I hear you on the liners, but the other liners I have won't go with the blue.
    :-)
I am happy to be home with the toys for sure.
