Very nice score!!!! You can get a very nice brush knot to put in it & have a very nice vintage duck brush. The rest are also very nice. You did very good on that IMHO. I love it!!!

Hi.
I am not a straight razor guy (so far).
I've been into DE razors since January this year (2015). The two DE razors look like (it's hard to tell without closer shots and more information):
(a) on the left, a 1940's style Super Speed or an English Rocket (a type of Super Speed).
(b) on the right a ball-end handled Tech.
If you look under the head or inside the silo doors, you'll find more information, such as country of manufacture and, possible, a date code. Between 1950 and 1988, Gillette used a system of a letter for the year and a number to indicate the quarter of the year when the razor was made. The letter (CAPITAL) is usually on the left and the number is on the right across from the letter.
Post a reply to me with all the information from under the head and inside the silo doors and I will try to ID them for you.

I tried to post using your username but my autocorrect is doing it to me again & misspelling it to a different word!
Okay, thank you my friend. I knew about information under the head but I never knew about info on the inside of the silo doors. I learn something everyday!

Hi again. The English models are sometimes identifiable based on the patent numbers, which are usually stamped on the top of the base plate (under the silo doors). If it does not have a date code, look there. If it has something like "BRIT. PAT. and a number" then it's a British Gillette. Do a Google search on "Gillette Rocket" and you'll find a ton of info.
Hope that helps.
