As I previously noted, how important is it ? But it is the principle of the thing you say ..... sounds too familiar ..... sort of like the house and senate.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.

I guess we're just being difficult. A little revolution now and then is a good thing, don't you think?

[QUOTE=Bruno;824051]The dollar is plummeting, the economy is in the tank, thousands are homeless, and you're talking about revolution over a sig line.
This must be the internet
Indeed! I recently saw the Hunt for Red October again and that Sean Connery line is one of my favorites. I guess it means that sometimes the pot just needs stirring. Occasionally, I'm up to the task!

What I have seen on other forums where use of a real name was mandatory (for legal reasons) was that the user profil had a custom field 'Real name' which the user had to fill in. This was then displayed with the user info like number of posts, thanks, etc.
In our case we would make the field optional, and if it was filled in, it would be displayed.
Hypothetically of course.
I am looking into making the custom field, and I have asked the devs to see how easy it would be to display that field.
Work in progress.
Of course, the main thing why we are here is straight razor shaving, right?
Sig lines and other trivia are only marginally significant compared to that.Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Thanked: 335Would we have to use a period after our middle initial? If we have more than one middle name, do we have to use all of them and can we list them in alphbetical order? I'm sure that other questions will follow; I just wanted to help prepare you for the barrage.
you're welcome, anytime
