We'll guys my two cents. It is expensive up front , I've been using mine every other day along with all my artisan soaps . It gets used the most but it hardly even looks like it's been touched in 4 months , I have other soaps that get used every 6-8 days that are showing a lot of loss compared ,, this stuff is great on the skin and my better half loves it, so dollar for dollar I think a pretty good bargain. Tc. P.s. Jason I want some of the original when it's in.

    Yes - I agree.

I figured if I was in for a dime I'm in for the dollar - so went with original scented and the fougere - love them both - worth every dime, and the fougere absolutely blows my mind.

Well... I'm a bit disappointed... My jar has been stuck at customs since Friday night!

At last! It was released from customs just two hours ago, I'm sure they were contemplating the idea of confiscating it and keeping it for themselves.
With some luck I'll get it tomorrow morning and will have a luxurious shave tomorrow night! I can't wait!

    Cheers.

Just a suggestion. Don't load that brush too long this stuff goes a long way! I make about 10 quick swirls with a rather wet brush. And start face lathering , have a great shave. Tc

    +1 to tcrideshd!

I'm going on to the 5th shave with this stuff, using less and less each time I load the brush, and am still ending up with enough to shave many more times. Stuff lasts forever! I brought a sample for a friend last night, he said it didn't look like a lot, and I told him how much to put in a mug, he didn't believe me, he phoned me this morning....couldn't believe how much lather it made.

    No wonder it lasts forever!

    Cheers and enjoy!

Just tried Le Pere Lucien and it's close but not as good as MDC ! Very good scent & performance though for 2/3 the price !
