Neglected trying Harris for quite some time, so purchased Windsor a few weeks back--brilliant scent (soap, AS, and cologne...in for a penny in for a pound)!
I've only used the soap twice and both times I didn't get much slickness (glide) from it. While it lathers up beautifully, the lack of slickness has me thinking I may not be quite getting enough soap into the brush--it's definitely a hard puck that needs some blooming.
For you long-time Harris users, is my assessment right with this soap?

Windsor is my favourite, but the Marlborough and Arlington are just as nice...you have to really load the brush, take some tweaking as always, but a Top Tier soap. Same can be said of the Penhaligon's English Fern and Sartorial, two stellar, stellar soaps that always deliver.

Thanks for the feedback, Phrank! Will double down on the loading when I use it next. Am looking forward to dialing it in, as the lather it produced was excellent and the sent is great! Will have to give Pen's soaps a try--their creams are outstanding!

Thanks Bob and Doug--will think of my ex when I load it.... Yep, our Denver water always make learning new soaps a challenge, Doug--will keep your tip in mind, too!
