Love Tabac. Recently my most used soap. Love the scent, ease of lather, and performance. One of the greats. TBH my Oleo soaps don’t even have a spot in the bathroom. I didn’t find the performance to be that great (original formula) although I really like the scents. How is that for YMMV?

I am a one soap kind of guy, and prefer the triple milled variety.

I bought a soap refill of DR Harris Windsor in June of last year. I shave daily and still have enough for another month. It can be found for less than 20$ and it produces a wonderful lather.

This one wins the prize for " best bang for your buck" in my books.

I love the smell of Windsor, reminds me of the good ol' days of the Empire.

I still haven’t tried the Windsor, but I like DR Harris soaps. The lavender is subtle but wonderful. I recently received the Marlborough in a trade and I love it.

recently got out a stick of Palmolive that i had been saving. I grated it in a bowl this time instead of using it as a stick. I am continually amazed at this stuff. It's like it can hardly wait to start lathering when you are loading a brush. i have tried about a dozen varieties of soap (even MDC) and i still haven't found any that i like better. Too bad it's hard to find.

Yes, the Palmolive shave stick is very nice. Looks like it is going to get harder to get in the future because they are once again talking about it being not for sale in the UK. The Palmolive shave cream in the green tube used to good also many years ago but I have not tried the current version. Might be worth a go.

Right you are, my friend. It does, indeed. It's a lovely soap all around.
