Taylor Pre-Shave Oil
Has anyone used the Taylor Pre-Shave Oil with a brush and if so did it ruin your brush?

Thanked: 0Im new to staight razors, but Ive used a brush for quite a while. I usually just massage the oil into my skin with my fingers the apply lather with a brush.
I just E-mailed Taylors and asked if they could send some samples my way. Im interested in the good stuff but I hate to spend a lot of money on something if I am unsure I will like it.

I use prorasso preshave cream and cremo cream. I also work it in with my fingers and then use the brush to soap up.

I've used eShave's pre-shave oil. Work it onto your face with your fingers then lather as normal.

Thanked: 0If the pre-shave oil made your brush gunky just use some shampoo to clean the brush, Prell works well. Or you can use regular Neutragena clear soap that knocks out grease.John in Covina
