Thanked: 45I have the less dense lavender Bomb, with added essential oil. It's mighty fine stuff, I must admit. With my water it seems to take a little more stirring than some other creams, but it's quite good stuff. And yes, I have other quality lavenders to compare with: CF, DR Harris, Taylor, and AOS. The density seems most similar to CF, and to me the Bomb competes quite well with it.
Now, this is probably the only interesting part to you:
If anyone wants to try a sample my lavender bomb out -- remember, I asked for a little extra lavender scent -- I only ask that you send me a small container. PM for details, and I can mail some out.
(BTW, if anyone out is inspired by this idea to share some lemon bomb, that would be great, but it's not required. I am not looking to trade, just share.)

Just got another Bomb today. I picked the Palermo cream, it lathers just like advertised. The smell is very earthy and nice. It is unlike any other creams that I have in terms of scent, but I like it a lot. Also picked up the aftershave balm to match. Good stuff as well. I also picked up The calabria aftershave to use after my Trumpers GFT, Al recommended me the calabria for an aftershave balm, and it compliments the GFT nicely! but now i gotta pick up The calabria cream!! tahnks again Al, good job on the Bomb!!

Thanked: 0Just a couple days ago I received a Tangier (tangerine) Bomb and absolutely love it. The scent is nice and fresh which makes the morning shave very enjoyable. While this may be my first bomb, I know it won't be my last. Thanks AL!

I got my second order a little while ago. It had a less dense calypso and a calypso and soca asb. I really like the less dense stuff. The asb though that is my new focus. I really like the ability to add a little throughout the day. And it takes so little to cover my face!

I got Bombed today. I ordered a tub of Saigon and Calypso. Tried the Saigon tonight with one of my blades and I have to say it's the best ever. Ever. I want to fill my tub with it and dive in. Naked. It makes me hungry for spring rolls.

I got "Bombed" yesterday with the new Palermo cream and aftershave. I can honestly say that it is a very unique scent and I am not sure you are going to find something like this anywhere else. It smells like mentholated fresh cut grass and I mean that in the best possible way! Amazing stuff and I will definitely be sampling more.

Thanked: 13Al,
Please sell a sampler set of five or six so we can sample a chunk of scents without having to throw out 4 oz tub if it doesnt fit the bill. I would love to try all your scents so that i can buy several tubs of the ones that work for me.

I have to say I'm blown away by the quality of Al's lime scented bomb. It is IMHO the best smelling, most protective, and slickest shave cream I have ever used. I love the lime scent. Its perfect for summer. It actually smells exactly like real limes. What's also amazing is how little is needed to get a mountain of lather. I've tried many different soaps and creams in the past (Truefitt, Trumpers, Taylor, Dr. Harris, Musgo Real, DC 1912,Tabac, Cella, MWF, TGQ, Ogallala, Pre De Provence, Institute Karite, you name it I've probably tried it with the exception of CF lime which others say is comparable) and this is by far my favorite in regards to overall quality, scent, and function.
The soca aftershave balm is also great. The scent was just right. Not too much for a balm but just enough to nicely add to the scent of the shave cream. It left my face super soft and smooth.
Thanks Al

Thanked: 0To echo everyone else, I have the Calypso and Soca shaving creams and balms and have enjoyed them both immensely. The creams produce rich, sour cream-like lather, the balms moisturize completely and the scents are wonderful. I know I love something when thoughts of hoarding arise. With Al's Bombs, impulse-buying in bulk is an ever-present possibility.
