Waaaay more than I should, about 50-55, I am afraid to count them because I will feel this is not right...

I've got close to a dozen soaps and well more than a dozen creams. I find its quicker to generate lather from a cream, so have been favoring those lately for my morning shave.

One soap. I only have one face. Oh yeah, and 12 razors. I guess the logic doesn't apply.

Software is cheaper than hardware, so maybe that's why I have around 25, but a third as many razors...

Last time I counted it was somewhere in the low 80's, I've picked up a few more (found Castle Forbes locally) and received a couple more for my Birthday, since I've last had it all out but it should be less then 90.
I don't worry to much about the soaps going bad, I have soaps older then me that are still very usable, I have a tallow shave stick that is 80 years old that I use on occasion.

I have too many, (though it doesn't look so bad written down)

They are all good (though for me l'Occitane isn't quite there).

I am particularly enjoying the Palmolive Stick at the moment, I don't intend to replace any of them except the Palmolive, when they run out.

    Tubs

    TOBS Rose
    TOBS Sandalwood

    Tubes
    Proraso
    Denim Original
    Kaloderma

    Soaps
    Cella (1Kg around half used)

I refuse to actually count, but am sure it's less than 2 dozen. I've given away more soap than I've consumed or kept in my search for the ones that suit. Of those, I like having at least one backup to the one in rotation.

Edit: After posting this and then looking at the other list, it looks like it would be acceptable to purchase more
