I did some weed trimming on the trail today, hiking over a mile in while lugging my trimmer and gas can. It was a nice way to loosen the legs after yesterday's hills.
30 minute run this morning...
We are in Hawaii and went to Waipo Lookout.
I said what the heck..let's walk down to the beach.
JEEZ US... 975' decent which took us about an hour
That puppy was STEEP....
Now the way up.....
OMG.... 1-1/4 hrs. of pure H E DOUBLE HOCKEY STICKS.
I bet I lost 8-10 lbs!
Good thing we had a bunch of water.
Good thing I have been running to build my cardio
Good thing my wife is super stubborn and didn't quit..
I am more proud of her than anything!
Good thing she walks everyday do i didn't have to carry her!
I hope we can walk tomorrow.... :shrug:

30 minutes of stadium stairs followed by 6 x 500m intervals.
Tuesday Strength Training:
Squat jumps 2x10
Forward Lunges 10
Rear lunges 10
Dumbbell squats 2x10
Exercise ball crunches 3x20
Bridges 3x30 secs
Single leg balance 3x30 secs
Standing calf raises 10
Step ups 10
Planks 2x45 secs
Wednesday's Cardio: 5.2 mile trail run
