A 5 km run for me today in moderate pace. I have to stop finding excuses and follow a training program.

Thanked: 983It's the season of letting your hair down. I'm suffering from it too. I put the foot down today though and said that's it! I want all the crap food gone from the house now, and it's time to get back on track. Diet and exercise have gone to hell the last week and a bit. I'm not having it any longer! And I really want to go play with my skateboard too. That was good exercise the other day, I have to say, just not long enough to count for much on a bad diet of rich Christmas type food. Now if you're going to smoke, buy a pipe. Corn cobs are cheap enough.
