The bodies reaction is the same with decaff, but with a workout like yours, I don't think you would have any real concerns. Except you might have issues with your silver jewellery turning black .
What?! No pee?! I would have had to pee several times by that stage .
Todays workout was a bit of Long Distance Pushing on the skateboard (It isn't all downhill you know Carl! In fact this reclaimed swampland that I live on is mostly flattish ) combined with walking (Some of it is just too damn hard to ride uphill) over a course of around 8.2km. Enough to work up a bit of a sweat at 5am when the mercury has already risen to 29C with a relative humidity of around 68%.

Thanked: 983Well that explains why I didn't need to pee while out on the skateboard . I thought it was just concentrating too much on not breaking my silly bloody neck.

Thanked: 485Did some outdoor bouldering today at The Bachelor Pad. This is a little (easy) problem (V1) named 'One legged Cougar'. Before you say "Is that it?" or "It's not very high, is it?" that's the whole point of bouldering. Here's a quote from Tom Hoyle (I think):
“…Bouldering is both the purest manifestation of climbing and the least impressive form of a sport historically defined by the dangers of elevation. It is, at once, the height of cool and spectacularly lacking in coolness…”

Yes them's the ones. Longboarding is what I do for fun and exercise at the moment. And it is pretty hard work for now, but those muscles haven't been worked like that for some years, so I will no doubt get stronger and faster, and my balance will improve exponentially as I progress. From there I will no doubt work on other useful skills like Pendo's, Coleman's, toe sides and heel sides both hands up and hands down. Might even do a little board dancing for the flash along with nollies and G turns. But none of that nut bashing crap that you see the young blokes on their little skate board things doing in the parks. That crap is just fool hardy and downright dangerous.
I like the end pics on your video by the way Carl, even if it is mostly skateboards .
