I would think they do test them although that's a speculation/assumption. It is more prevalent in some sports than others I guess. I used to know a guy who was a professional body builder and he said there are 2 kinds of body builders who take steroids: the kind that say they do and the the kind that say they don't. Unfortunate when that happens (not saying that it is in this case) because it is no different than any other kind of cheating. I hope it's not the case here.
