Vegan Friendly Strops?
I know a long while back a few guys had asked about a non-leather hanging strop. I can't seem to find the thread now and was wondering where that one wound up.
I have been experiementing with a synthetic that is working quite well and beats even latigo on it's draw. Anyone welse come up with a usable material?

Maybe a large, semi moist block of Tofu would provide sufficient draw

Thanked: 1587Are fungus vegan friendly? I'm guessing you've seen the "shroom strops" thread? (Actually, I'm not sure whether this is a serious option or not - although one potential benefit is that if you cut up the strop you could always just use it in a stir-fry.)

How exactly does this post fit into "peace" and "love man, love" ?
you need to go and do whatever it is that flower children do as penance...
anoint yourself with oil (patchouli) and make a burnt offering (take a guess)

We prefer to be referred to as "curious minds" tyvm I can't resist trying out new stuff.. Most recently:
1) Pakistani shavettes from Brendon (that will wait until Harry's Workman is shave ready)
2) Feather Portable (tried, passed the test with flying colors, given away today)
3) 2 Derby shaving creams (menthol and citrus)
4) Proraso pre/aftershave and the soap (keeping the pre/after but I already gave away the soap)
To name a few things
