Thanked: 1587My Poor attempt at a Shaving Routine Video
Yes, I got bored yesterday and did a very quick and dirty video of my shaving routine. It starts with putting water into a bowl, moves on to the always exciting lather making, then my non-existent face prep, lathering up, stropping and finally shaving.
So if you have 8 minutes of your life that you are willing to never get back again, take a look and see what you think. It is really nothing different to what you have seen demonstrated before, except perhaps that it lacks any sort of quality control or pedagogical benefits whatsoever. But I figured I filmed it, so you guys should have to suffer through it!
Shaving Routine
I should also note that this video has partial, and reticent, Gugi endorsement....

Interesting, I like it! I was quite surprised when you used your left hand for the last stroke. That's one giant brush you have there and we will want to see some more razor p0rn, too!
PS: You are a cheater. You skipped the most difficult areas.

Thanked: 1587As you are no doubt aware, I am the strong but silent type. You rarely hear me say anything that is not apropos to the discussion at hand....
Sorry mate, but in actual fact I cannot do more than one thing at once. At some point I may do a written commentary in book form. "At the sound of the strop, turn the page..."

Thanks Jimbo,
You use some very aggresive angles, particularly on the throat. You must have skin like Roo leather! You do breeze through it though. No mucking about. It's a decent demo of one handed shaving. I wonder if you'd have to resort to both if you didn't miss that bit round your mouth?

You really look like you're well trained in your technique. Loved the video. I am only a week into SR shaving but hopefully I will be just as good at it and no longer have stubble and cuts.
Thanks!

Thanked: 278Wow, that blade was moving pretty fast at times. I'm not sure I ever want to be that confident.
